As a full-time creator in crypto, burnout happens, especially during market downturns. Here’s what I do, and what’s helped me:
First: take care of your body. No compromises:
- Work out and get in shape. It improves everything, confidence, mindset, even your sex life.
- Eat clean (cut ultra-processed foods, reduce sugar, get enough protein, etc.).
- No smoking, drugs, or alcohol, anything that wrecks your body or turns into addiction.
If you’ve got that covered, next step:
- Find a hobby you can do solo and genuinely enjoy. Even better if your family can join, shared hobbies hit different.
- Talk honestly with your spouse. It helps. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
- Less screen time. More reading. Get outside your bubble and give your mind a real break.
Most of the time, burnout = boredom + needing a reset.
Just don’t “treat” it with mindless distractions that end up hurting you or your family.
