We are a registered charity committed to supporting children, young people and their families through some of the most traumatic events such as domestic abuse.
Love bombing is a powerful tool used by perpetrators of domestic abuse to exercise coercive control and recognising this plays a major part in the fight towards ending violence against women and girls.

This is another step forward for survivors of domestic abuse 👏
Recognising what constitutes abuse continues to be a battle in both the eyes of the law and every day conversations.

This might just look like a regular picture but whenever it pops up.. I remember that exact moment…
7 years ago my kids had just picked me a dandelion bouquet (favorite) . It was Mother’s Day. I took this picture and my ex husband just screams at me “ why are you trying look so seductive? You look like a slut. You know you’re fat and look stupid right? !” All in the car with the girls in the back seat.
I can still feel it all
So I will share this goddamn picture every year
And for the record I don’t think I look seductive I think I look sad af
