Coloradans, join this rally against gun control bill SB25-003 on 3/5 at state capitol.
Same crap from these radical Marxists Dems made me to leave for NH but I care about CO and #2A.
Gun grabbers never rest, neither should we. It is up to you to tell them NO.
@RallyRights@RMGOColorado@gunrights
I want to go on record by saying, I cannot, in good conscience, support SB25-003. I took an oath to defend the US and CO constitutions. That bill is blatantly unconstitutional and a complete infringement of 2A rights. Therefore, I will be a NO vote.
Someone get this man an honorary hood! @javier_mabrey cites NJs retcon after 14a & Act of Dec. 23, 1833, Sec. 7, 1833 Ga. Laws 226, 228 amongst many other similar laws of the 1800s as a historical text and tradition basis for denying gun rights. During BHM is crazy #copolitics
Colorado just tried to pull one of the most backdoor anti-gun moves we’ve ever seen. Instead of outright banning AR-15s and other rifles, they tried to bureaucratize the Second Amendment into oblivion—forcing gun owners through an absurd gauntlet of restrictions, fees, and a registry.
📽️: https://t.co/6jcxXMtErb
🔹 New "eligibility card" requirement—fingerprints, background checks, and no time limit for approval
🔹 4 to 12-hour training course (with “victim awareness” lessons… because that’ll stop criminals)
🔹 90% pass test on firearm laws (because now our rights come with a pop quiz)
🔹 State-run gun registry—because nothing ever goes wrong with those, right?
And let’s not forget—Colorado already has magazine bans, red flag laws, universal background checks… yet crime hasn’t gone anywhere. Instead of admitting their policies don’t work, they’re doubling down.
But here’s where it gets interesting—even some Democrats backed out of this bill because they knew it was political suicide. They realized voters weren’t having it. And that’s exactly why we must keep the pressure on.
📢 WATCH NOW for the full breakdown—this could set the stage for anti-gun laws across the country.

The same Colorado lawmakers who are working to take away our gun rights through SB25-003, then sell them back to us through a "license to buy" scheme", are always protected by capitol police and the guns we the taxpayers fund.

Many people have said they think Colorado SB25-003, the big gun ban bill turned license to buy scheme, is just a distraction. No, it is not a distraction. It is the real deal. The fight against it is critical.
But if you think we have our hands full with that bill, did you know there are 11 other firearm related bills advancing through the Colorado state legislature right now?
We break them all down, give status updates, and provide simple action items here: https://t.co/Xuq4ZLlEMK

The sheer arrogance of those who attempt to squander our rights is downright appalling, but have you heard them simultaneously brag about how many guns they sell via panic buying?
We have.
During the 10 hour long Senate debate on Colorado SB25-003, bill sponsor Tom Sullivan went on a rant about how many guns he sells when he pushes these extreme measures. To top it off, Bloomberg's anti-gun Everytown PAC poured $1 million into Sullivan's 2022 election.
Is this really what @GovofCO supports?
WATCH and then take action.
SB25-003 passed the State Senate and has advanced to the House. We need you to contact your State House Reps and tell them why they should vote NO on this bill. Use the "one click to email them all" buttons at https://t.co/pAhAMRxBIo.
Although the full out gun ban morphed into a gun ban with a "license to buy" scheme attached, it continues to be one of the most extreme pieces of gun control this nation has ever seen. Learn more about the amended version that passed the Senate here: https://t.co/kqd6qpr2zK

We stayed late last night, which made 4 consecutive late nights this week for me…
We fought the ridiculous HB25-1133 “Requirements for Sale of Firearms Ammunition“…
HB25-1133 passed Second Reading in the House yesterday evening. This bill requires the following:
• A person to be 21 years or older to purchase ammunition
• Gun stores must lock their ammunition up or put it behind the counter
• Delivery of ammunition must be received by someone 21 years or older
The bill exempts the following:
• Military active members or veteran of the US military or Colorado National Guard
• Coloradans with a valid hunter education certificate or an expired or unexpired hunting license
• A person with a court ordered protection order
• Coloradans between 18 and 21 years old would be allowed to purchase ammunition at a shooting range if they use it on-site
• Rimfire ammunition
• Coloradans under 21 years old if they were born on or before January 28, 2007
On to the next fight, next week…

@TwiceBakedPablo@RyanGonzalezCO@ForestMommy@RyanGonzalezCO is a great fighter for 2A, and no he's not the first kid in his family to learn English although he is bilingual. Why the shit talking? I don't see you up there fighting for our rights.
HB25-1133 - Requirements for the sale of firearms Ammunition.
This is another de-facto gun registration.
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
The Militia is all able-bodied males 17-45. The "organized militia" is the National Guard & Naval Militia, the unorganized militia are those who are not.
The purpose of the 2A is for the defense against tyrants, whether common or elected, who would deprive you of your self-evident Creator-endowed Rights of Life, Liberty & Property without due process of law.
🚨 CALL TO ACTION!
SB25-003 passed Third Reading in the Colorado State Senate with a final vote of 19-15. All Republicans and three Democrats voted against the measure. The bill will now move to the House Chamber where it will be scheduled for a public hearing in House Judiciary Committee in the coming days. Subscribe to our email alerts https://t.co/KrIYZvuDQA and/or track our Legislative Watch page here https://
https://t.co/elmwuoIEZw to know when the hearing is scheduled.
Now we must contact ALL Democrat House Reps and tell them to vote no on SB25-003. Use https://
https://t.co/Cw3FgOmsDR (mid homepage). With one click you can email them all BCC'd. We must also continue to email and call the Governor. His info is on the website as well. If you're not sure what to say, check out our Blog section here https://t.co/4IAh0THFdY. We've published numerous articles stating why this bill is atrocious.
It may not seem like we're making headway, but we are. We will continue to dismantle SB25-003 until it's dust. Keep up the pressure!

@Wilson58Scott@BradenLOA We found this via an expenditure search on TRACER, looking at all the expenditures of Everytown's IEC. None of them even begin to touch the amount of this one single expenditure.
Thanks to @BradenLOA, host of Langley Outdoors Academy, for covering the video we shared of Sen Tom Sullivan lying to the media about petitions from constituents that Sullivan referred to as "trash". WATCH: https://t.co/XmmgkoFpWG
Sullivan is the sponsor of SB25-003, an "assault weapons" ban on steroids that has been amended to include a brand new "license to buy" scheme. Get caught up on that here: https://t.co/kqd6qpquKc
Bloomberg's Everytown IEC (super PAC) spent nearly $1 million getting Sullivan elected in 2022.
