On October 18th, 2018 Chis Stevens was notified by a friend that he had a daughter in DCF custody.   DCF never notified Chris of his daughter being in care but Chris didn't think of that being an issue. He assumed that DCF would require a paternity test and he would be reunited with his daughter.  

On October 24th, 2018 Chris met with Social Worker Danielle Groux and Supervisor Ann Kochi. Ann Kochi informed Chris that he could take his daughter home as soon as he had a 2 bedroom apartment and the paternity test proved he was the father.

In November 2018, Chris rented a 2-bedroom apartment. He buys a baby crib and baby clothes. He schedules a visit with social worker Danielle Groux to complete a home study. This is where Chris figures out something is not right. Danielle becomes hostile and tells Chris she knows all about him being a woman beater and a drug dealer. She filed a report with false allegations that Chris cornered her in the house and scared her.
Chris writes an appeal and requests a new case worker stating all the concerns he had with her. The appeal is approved and Danielle is removed from the case.

On March 21, 2019, the paternity test was positive as Chris was 99.99% the father. Chris is still not reunited with his daughter. Chris remained in the apartment for 2 years while going through case workers with no results.

Chris pleads with DCF to reunite his child with his family! Chris' mother and sister volunteer to take the baby since DCF is refusing to reunite him with his child. Chris' sister is a former foster parent, so Chris assumes they will give her his child but DCF refuses Chris' family as placement.

Chris goes through another case worker with no results! Michelle Emery is the last social worker provided to Chris at the end of 2019. Michelle Emery continues the false narrative that Danielle had started. She refuses visits by not providing the information and then reports Chris missed his visits.

Chris is tired of the false narrative and lies and begins reporting Michelle Emery to the Ombudsman, and other departments. He records the visits because his past has taught him not to trust DCF workers.

August 24th, 2021 Michelle Emery filed another false report stating that Chris had new child endangerment charges. She states he threatens her via text and threatens to burn down the courthouse.

Chris has never had an allegation against him concerning his daughter. He was not part of the original allegation that brought his daughter into custody nor was he convicted of abuse or neglect. DCF added Chris to his daughter's mother's case, he was brought into her DCF trial.

The trial began in 2021 and continued until April 2022. During the trial, a court hearing was set for April 3rd, 2022. Chris was arrested on April 1st, 2022.  He was arrested with no charges. He was held in jail for 30 days stating he was a danger to society.

On September 19th, 2022 Chris was charged with stalking, criminal harassment, witness intimidation, and wiretapping. The wiretapping charge was due to Chris recording his last visit with Michelle Emery supervising the visit. Michelle claimed that Chris became physically violent and she had to stop the visit. The recording showed a different story and Chris proved that Michelle lied under oath. Chris was charged with crimes that Michelle Emery committed.  Michelle harassed, stalked, and threatened Chris. She threatened him that his daughter would be adopted if he did not stop talking about the funding. She slandered his name by calling him a white supremacist, racist, and Q annon terrorist.

On May 3rd, 2022 Chris was placed on an ankle monitor and band from the state of Massachusetts. The charges against him state they are offenses from January 31st, 2020. DCF is trying to send Chris to prison for 4 years for exposing social workers Danielle Groux and Michelle Emery for child
