In response to recent suicides, on April 12th, Americans across the country will engage in a unique way to recognize the long-term effects of gun violence.
Tomorrow, please join us in writing "We Will Not Ignore" on one hand and the suicide hotline number on the other to recognize the lasting effects that gun violence has on survivors. We look forward to seeing you participate tomorrow!๐ #WeWillNotIgnore
This Friday, April 12th, show that you will not ignore the ongoing effects of gun violence on the lives of survivors. Write โWe Will Not Ignoreโ on one hand & the suicide hotline number (1-800-273-8255) on the other to show your support. #WeWillNotIgnore

(1/4) In the span of nine days, from March 17th to March 25th, two Parkland shooting survivors & the father of a Sandy Hook shooting victim died by suicide. We often fail to recognize how the effects of gun violence can play a role in the lives of survivors long after a shooting.
(3/4) This powerful action will be accompanied by a "silent rally," which is unique in that doesn't consist of chants or speakers. It is instead a quiet demonstration of support and unity.
