Take your health seriously.
You can get away with terrible sleep, poor eating and zero exercise in your early 20s.
Your 30s start sending the bills.
Build muscle.
Eat better.
Sleep properly.
Get checkups.
Your future self will thank you.
Your 30s are not the time to panic because you haven’t “made it.”
They’re the time to stop wasting years on things that don’t move your life forward.
Here are some lessons I wish more people understood before turning 30;
Learn a valuable skill.
Your salary can change.
Your employer can change.
The economy can change.
But a skill you can monetize anywhere gives you options.
Sales.
Coding.
Marketing.
Writing.
Design.
Negotiation.
Leadership.
Pick one and become dangerous at it.
