My baby girl, Rahaf, is still in critical condition.
Severe pneumonia is rapidly ravaging her tiny lungs, and her condition requires urgent treatment and continuous medical care that we cannot afford on our own given our dire living conditions. 💔

Elsewhere, Rahaf would have received treatment in a hospital under full supervision, but in Gaza, there is no longer room for sick children. The hospitals are overflowing with victims of the bombing, and we are forced to treat her privately despite our complete inability to afford it.

Unfortunately, we need $600 every three weeks just to cover her treatment and save her life.

Tonight, I stopped counting the number of times my baby girl, Rahaf, woke up gasping for breath.

Severe pneumonia is ravaging my little girl's lungs while we sit helplessly inside a tattered tent in Gaza, with no money for treatment, no safety, and no strength left.

I fear waking up one morning to realize that the last sound I heard from my baby was her struggling to breathe. Then I'll tell the world that “she needed treatment… but we were too poor to save her.” 😞
