@c2c_Rail heating and air conditioning on the same carriage seems a little wasteful and warm! 7.04 from laindon to fenchurch st carriage number 67658 today
@c2c_Rail Yes that’s quite hard as I can only collect for my origin station I tried 3 different barriers and that “trick” doesn’t work as this happened 2 months ago with a monthly ticket and I ended up pay a further £50 in travel while customer service tried and failed.
Not tweeted in ages as I was told I moan too much. Thanks @c2c_Rail the only reason I have a Twitter account. Once again smart card not so smart, ticket not loaded so now paying twice for my travel. I am sure I will get a refund in about a month. Please sort this system out.
Any chance you can let me know if my package is due for delivery today? @parcelforce still saying at the hub but I have a delivery date for today? Tracking function on the website not updated sine 8am
@c2c_Rail I will now need to drive to one of these stations I assume the delay repay will not cover this charge? I do use your service so I don’t have to drive
