I had two people today.
One suddenly realised how expensive the “thing” they really really and desperately wanted was when they heard “refund.” 😂
The other screamed, “Oh my god!” when I said, “Only my family is entitled to my money.” 😂
K65,000 in financial services is not unheard of, even in Zambia. It’s not among the highest salaries either, pay depends on the role. Even before 2010, some Zambian bankers were earning around £5,000 a month. You can do the math.
@Lerato_mabuntle@ragnar_alwyn Zambians are “border jumpers”? Since when? 😂 We’re probably the SADC country that thinks about SA the least. We stay in our lane and let you stay in yours. Yes, some Zambians are in SA but whose community is growing in Zambia? 👀 SA, please leave us alone. 😂,
@DavidKa07247477 The way I’m waiting for Ndeke House… 😭 That institution seems to have found a way to make every single department corrupt, even departments that should have absolutely nothing to do with corruption. At every level!
It’s honestly shocking.
Health Minister Prof. Roma Chilengi has dissolved the ZAMMSA Board and ended contracts for all staff after an audit exposed serious supply chain failures. He says workers will get their dues, and posts will be re‑advertised under a leaner, more efficient structure.
There’s a new sheriff in town. 🔥
He didn’t just go after the cartel , he went after the enablers too. The who says, “How can you report him/her? They have a family.”
No sacred cows. No excuses.
Next stop: Ndeke House. Clean out every department. 🧹

@Seyikay_ Are you telling me you got triggered by a Nigerian who wasn’t even in Zambia, just posted pictures online? 😂 What does that have to do with Zambia, who aren’t sitting around thinking about about Nigeria.
Was your ego hurt?
At a certain age, you can no longer hide behind phrases like “I’m moody” or “I have a short temper.” Maturity means taking responsibility for your emotions. Having a bad day doesn’t give you the right to take it out on everyone else or make your mood their problem.
@briansimasiku “
Don’t give this any attention. He’s been on this tirade for a while now, and the good news is that hardly anyone pays attention to him. He’s not exactly the brightest person in the room, if you ask me.
Africa!
One continent, different countries, different cultures. This probably wouldn’t even be a conversation among SADC countries. We’re so conservative that openly celebrating our successes is almost considered impolite.
All these posts asking Nigerian expatriates to minimise their successes abroad are just 'victim blaming'
Why can't I be loud about my success if I choose to be?
There was a time when I thought my career would be in the army. Luckily, by the time the opportunity came, I had already shelved those plans. Looking back, I think I would have regretted it if I had joined.
Continuation shouldn't be about extending term limits, but having an established plan and culture that's bigger than one person. UPND can, in theory, rule for 20 years. HH however cannot. It's unfortunate that so many of these parties build themselves around cults of personality.
