Hey @TeamYouTube someone is claiming content they don't have the rights to in my latest video. The song is owned by @RockstarGames, not the individual claiming it. This fraud has been (flexing) stealing money from hardworking creators for years without any repercussions.
What I don't get is sure, he has immunity and can do whatever he wants, but it's like the media won't even talk about it; they're just like:
"Today the DOJ announced a 1.7 billion dollar fund to be used to pay Jan 6th rioters. Also the president ordered the DOJ to settle with its own self in the lawsuit he brought against it, the settlement is expected to be in the billions".
And everyone just accepts this?? The media doesn't say how unusual this is; they don't describe it any sort of way. Like it's just normal everyday stuff.
Past GOP state supreme court packing:
AZ (2016): 5→7, locked in conservative majority
GA (2016): 7→9, flipped Dem majority to GOP
UT (2026): 5→7 after redistricting case loss
They also killed nonpartisan elections in OH and NC, are killing a nominating commission in KS, etc.
This morning, I became the first New York City Mayor to visit Housing Court. And what I saw will stay with me for a long time. Families on the brink of losing their homes. Tenants navigating unsafe conditions, harassment, and uncertainty, searching for justice in an overwhelming system. Small property owners trying to keep up with their mortgage payments.
I met with Chief Administrative Judge Joseph Zayas, New York City Administrative Judge Shahabuddeen Ally, and other members of the bench, and I walked through Resolution, HP, and NYCHA Parts. I spoke with people in intake, with legal service providers, and with the advocates who show up every day to stand beside New Yorkers who need support.
Housing court is where the promises we make about dignity, stability and public excellence are tested in real time.
In the months ahead, my team will work closely with the Chief Judge and the Chief Administrative Judge to confront the concerns we heard — directly from judges, tenants, landlords, legal service providers, and advocates.
Serenely thinking about my Local and State Government Law professor, one of the preeminent scholars in the country, who said the only way to harmonize South Dakota v Dole with NFIB v Sebelius is that Johnny Roberts thinks coercion is only illegal if the president is Black.
SHOCKING FEDERAL COURT MOMENT: DOJ attorney Julie Le, "The system sucks, this job sucks" to Judge Jerry Blackwell who pressed her on why so many court orders are being ignored by ICE/Trump admin. She asked to be held in contempt just so she could get 24 hours of sleep. @FOX9
When my friend, Charlie Kirk was assassinated in broad daylight on a college campus, you didn’t see Republicans burning American flags in the streets or smashing windows.
