This might be the WORST slide I’ve ever seen. What in God’s green earth was Chourio thinking? He’s not the only player I’ve seen do this feet first swipe the base with your trailing hand type of slide but it HAS TO GO

The classic svr t-storm watch excluding MKE, Racine, & Kenosha counties only for them to be included in a later extension has returned! Usually there’s several watches like this every yr but I thought this might be the yr we finally escaped it. There hadn’t been any… until today

Despite Contreras’s slump, he’s been putting better swings on the ball recently. It was FINALLY rewarded with a 2 out single and Joey O cashes in on it with a 2 run hr. That’s got to feel immaculate for William

I think one big personal takeaway I have from this whole Baltimore situation is there is no point in bashing NWS offices like at all. These people don’t get paid a ton and do it with the mission to save people’s lives. Unless it is something like a really really bad mistake or miss (for example, Whitman, NE), there is really just no point. Making a random Twitter post is not going to do anything but damage future connections.
