Working with AI isn't as easy as people think, if you don't have adequate systems in place.

My systems now have systems which in turn trigger other systems.

Working on an app = custom tailored Work-Flow, specific memory and gates.

Working on a website = completely different.

In College I was taught the three main schools of psychology. Psychoanalysis (Freudian), Humanism (Maslow), and Behaviorism.

Maslow's "Hierarchy Of Needs" always resonated with me.

A few things I've learned building AI memory in 2026:

1. Recall isn't the moat, which fact wins when two contradict IS the moat.

2. Every benchmark has a methodology hole you can't see until you mine data from it.

3. Terse output gets you bench points but breaks your product.
