For elements you can search name in style manager, click kabob icon and see where it’s used. Click and it will take you there.

Components similar. Go to components pane, search, knob icon, show instances, click.

Also MCP can hunt them down for you if you prefer that way.

Lastly you could also search the published DOM with devtools.
