When you sweat, your body uses the electrolytes in your body. To perform you must replenish them. Sports drinks & supplement are good short term but the best way is the food you eat. Fruits & veggies are loaded. Putting a little extra salt on your food will help too.
If you only work hard when you feel motivated, you’ll never be consistent enough to reach your biggest goals. To succeed in life, you need to have the discipline to work hard even when you don’t feel like it.
If you cheat a workout, you’re only cheating yourself. If you take shortcuts, you’ll pay the consequences eventually. But if you respect your craft and do things the right way, even when no one is watching, you’ll be rewarded with great results.
