ATTENTION ALL ARTISTS!!! There is now an Anti-AI watermark you can attach to your work! This will not stop the gross AI creeps, but it will at the very least let your potential clientele know that what they get from you is of QUALITY MADE BY HUMAN HANDS!
In light of the Avatar leaks, I wanted to share a list of our visual development artists. There is so much amazing work we did on the film that we are not allowed to share right now, and it’s thanks to these people that the movie looks the way it does. Thread below ⬇️
❗️ARTIST BEWARE ❗️
New scam!! Person sent me a reference sheet file that turned out to be a script, my partner (in cybersecurity) found it to likely be an Info/Crypto Stealer and would steal all your passwords, and hides itself via windows scheduler
DO NOT open VBS files
The Supreme Court has declined to hear a case over AI's copyright eligibility, effectively backing the United States Copyright Office's stance that copyright only applies to human authored works 🔥
2 years ago with the CAA, I went to DC and spoke with some of the members of the Copyright office. They listened to what creatives said, and the CAA is continuing to push for artists rights. Today was a big win for artists.
Ai-generated artwork officially is ineligible for copyright protection as the US Supreme Court declined to review a appeal case.
The court rules that artwork needs to have a human creator in order to be eligible.

My Tsukhime Trial Edition (月姫 体験版) finally arrived, one of only 50 copies in the world. Only to discover that US Customs had removed all the bubble wrap and physically destroyed the floppy disk. Will file a report but literally crying right now😭

Subscribers are pleading with YouTube Music to 'deal with' the rise of “AI-slop” in their recommendations
“Opened [YouTube Music] today, and six out of ten recommendations were AI slop. That's not what I'm paying for”
‼️THIS IS NOT A HAUNTED PAWS GAME. IT IS A DIRECT COPY.
This is an unauthorized copy that steals our concept, visuals, and story, using AI-generated assets, releasing on the PlayStation Store.
Tech and AI bros are in a massive echo chamber, the general public doesn't give a sh*t about AI or even know what they're supposed to be using it for outside of being 'fancy Google that lies.'
Artists have stopped sharing their works, writer's have stopped sharing their work, now engineering will stop sharing their work all thanks to generative artificial intelligence.
Looks like a step backwards for humanity, what GenAI has done.
