@DeborahDuffin @stewartataylor @CalltoActivism Natural healing...preventative holistic medicine... what a concept. I wish more people did this and were proactive about their health rather than being reactive and running to the Dr for every little sniffle or issue. Western medicine only treats your symptoms not the whole body.
