Yongying Fund Product Mechanism Adjustment | System Upgrade Announcement

Dear Webseans,

Websea will begin a system product upgrade on May 25, 2026 at 03:00 (UTC). The upgrade is expected to take approximately 8 hours. This upgrade will optimize and adjust modules including Yongying Fund, Futures, Futures Insurance, and C2C. The details are as follows:

I. Yongying Fund Product Mechanism Adjustment
To ensure the more stable and sustainable operation of Yongying Fund, after careful evaluation, Websea has decided to make phased adjustments to certain core mechanisms of Yongying Fund. This adjustment covers the principal-protection mechanism, APR, and earnings distribution format. The specific arrangements are as follows:

1. Redemption Settlement Mechanism Adjustment: Coin-Denominated Settlement

Starting from May 18, 2026 at 08:00 (UTC), Yongying Fund redemptions will be calculated on a coin-denominated basis. In other words, the amount of WBS subscribed by the user will be returned in the corresponding amount of WBS upon maturity. The existing accelerated interest release mechanism will remain unchanged, and the referral mechanism will continue to operate.

2. APR Adjustment: Returning to a Reasonable Yield Level

To make the product’s yield structure more stable and sustainable, Websea will adjust the APR of Yongying Fund. The APR adjustment will officially take effect after this system product upgrade is completed. After the upgrade, the APR of Yongying Fund shall be subject to the display on the product page.

3. Earnings Distribution Format Adjustment: Trial Diversified Earnings Structure

The earnings distribution format of Yongying Fund will be adjusted from being fully distributed in WBS to a combined distribution model of WBS + Futures Trial Fund based on different subscription terms.

Futures Trial Fund can be used for Websea Futures trading. The specific distribution ratio, applicable scope, and usage rules shall be subject to the display on the product page.

This Yongying Fund mechanism adjustment is part of the platform’s phased business optimization. Websea will continue to seek a more stable balance among user rights and interests, product stability, and long-term sustainable operations.

II. Futures Trading Experience Optimization
Optimized the display of Futures share cards to improve the sharing experience;
Optimized the display of order history and position history, making trading information clearer;
Optimized the user experience for position-closing order operations, improving trading operation smoothness.

III. Futures Insurance Experience Optimization
Optimized the interactive experience of the Futures Insurance page, improving user operation efficiency and information viewing experience.

IV. C2C Trading Experience Optimization
Optimized order message reminders to improve order processing timeliness;
Optimized merchant information display, making relevant trading information clearer.

V. Other Experience Optimizations
Fixed other known issues to improve system stability and overall user experience.
