@JagexSupport hey, I'm trying to recover an old account that I haven't been on since 2018/2019, I supplied two order numbers as well as my payment method used for membership and bonds only for them to be rejected the recovery system just seems rubbish with no help

I also have the exact date they hacked my account with the password change request. I'm happy to supply screenshots from my emails of my transactions and when it was hacked and proof of purchase ID membership etc
