@dmilith Can you try to rebuild 4.5.0 with your current libs? (if ever a lib has been upgraded in the meanwhile, causing the issue).
And if there's still no issue with 4.5.0, can you try to compile with commits of 4.5.1, one by one (less than 10 to try, or you can use git bissect)?
