@ComplainingCow RingGo @RingGo_parking I paid for parking I shouldnt have done and asked about a refund within an hour but was told it was not possible as they pass the money straight to the car park owners - offered me a free session with no time limit - when I asked for it they said too late!

@WestMidRailway Saba are who I parked with - and that's fine - I parked I paid. It is ringgo and smart parking I am having trouble with as they won't refund and won't give me contact details. There are multiple parking areas - I paid for the wrong one at first.
