the glorious sun
behold
by the grace of the Almighty, another day hath been granted to us
a tapestry yet unwoven and why shouldest thou squander it
mayhap the sun itself shall weep
and even the sparrows cease their song
lamenting the folly of such sloth
now rise
for the day beckons thee with open arms and bountiful promises
lest thou find thyself cursed to forever endure the scorn
the most luminous morn
get up and arise for the sun has risen
