Wasn't "Super Full Power Saiyan 4" what Goku attained in the Evil Dragons arc? In the Baby arc, Goku reached "full power," and in the Evil Dragons arc, Goku reached "Super Full Power" / "ultra-full-power."

Of the four Dragon Ball manga in print serialization right now, one occasionally references GT as necessary, one is HEAVILY based around GT characters and forms (and even gives them new form upgrades), and one LITERALLY IS GT ITSELF. The fourth is something called “Super”. 🤷🏻‍♂️
