I went back and just watched it. Fans weren't having it, made no sense, and made the entire roster look like garbage...

It wouldn't have been so bad if the folks under the make actually looked intimidating but they just look pathetic and weak...

I turned off AEW before the finish because there main event was straight up garbage. Once it started I was out, turns out I didn't really miss much.

This isn't an alternative to the WWE, it actually makes me want to watch the WWE...ugh...

Even Jericho phoned it in this week.

@allan_cheapshot Luckily for me I got embarrassed watching the alien segment and turned out just as the tag match started. Had I seen the last segment I might not have slept last night.

@AWCrane1 Pretty much, in two months they've created no stars, they've presented overly long matches with no heat on them whatsoever, they've dropped their ppv price from $50 to $20. The writing is on the wall.

Back to just watching classic stuff for me.

Why did the Butcher and Blade lose on free TV this week? What sense did that make in any way whatsoever? You debut a monster tag and then job them out?

It's probably important to note that the biggest surprise AEW has presented it's fans was Jake Hager debuting on the first episode of Dynamite. After which he's done more or less nothing.

We've now seen every singles and every tag match, they can put on, twice...

Not good...

You know what I love about #AEWDynamite ? It's the way they cut to commercial right in the middle of an angle or an interview which makes it feel just like I had a stroke and missed part of the show...

@wr35tling @WrestlingMark8 What's so annoying is that AEW has a lot going for them. National TV, great announcers, highly talented roster that can talk, but the super long, spot monkey matches kill it for me. Running angles through social media and YouTube is also a garbage idea.

Why does the one guy wear a monacle but doesn't talk? Why does the other guy wear a mask part of the time? Why did they debut the lady a few weeks back and feed her to Awesome Kong? Why did the have a Twitter video explain MJF's role in picking the partner?

Nothing makes sense.

@wr35tling @WrestlingMark8 It's horribly frustrating to watch. I find myself rolling my eyes with every kickout and longing for squash matches.

Hell matches that went through commercial breaks even seemed special in the past because it was fairly rare. With AEW it's every damn match.
