@FirstBSA finally (unfortunately) been ok the wrong side of the late night buses
App suggests for the 75 northbound from centre C6: 3:10, 4:10, 5:10 etc
Actual timetable says 2:35, 3:35
@FirstBSA Hi Ellice, The Centre (C6) on the app shows bus times of X:10 for the 75 which is incorrect per the timetable released 02/09/24
The times for the 76 are incorrect as well; I haven't checked others at that stop.
@FirstBSA Hello, please may you update your app information for the 75 night services to reflect the timetables changes that were made over two months ago?
@FirstBSA good morning, please may you clarify the 75 diversion in Patchway?
After the bus follows the red diversion along Bradley/Durban Rd, should it do the purple loop to the Patchway Roundabout and back, or go directly to the yellow route?
@FirstBSA Hi Faye, Monday through Friday last week (4th-8th) and yesterday (11th) I boarded at Patchway Roundabout (Stop D) towards Hengrove at 6:41am, as the bus turned left out of Durban Rd to service the Roundabout and Fire Station stops
1/2
@FirstBSA In addition, if the bus is not meant to do the purple loop, then your website needs to be updated to say that the Patchway Firestation stops will not be serviced (both directions)
@FirstBSA Hi Faye, this is what I'd like clarification on. The info on your website suggests that it will not do the purple loop, but every day of the diversion (bar today) the bus in both directions *has* done it, and when I asked a driver last week she said they would be doing that.
@FirstBSA Hi Faye, the service was the 75 at stop Centre C12 heading northbound. It was due at 1:10 but didn't arrive until 1:45.
There was no information anywhere on what was happening (I'm guessing because of the time) but this isn't the first time and it's a long wait in the cold!
Throwback Tuesday to the time @FirstBSA ran the slogan "Walking sucks" - it's quarter past one in the morning, my bus is a no-show and the next one isn't due for an hour.
At what point does the "sucky" walking become the only reasonable option?
@FirstBSA@gemcol2 Presumably north-bound as I'm wondering the same thing! (At Aztec West D)
Interesting that the previous one was full though - it didn't even show up on the app for me at all which is why I waited for this one instead
@HardcoreBourne @SophApparently @MBTYuGiOh Nah, they're apparently being minted on the polygon blockchain, which is important (for them) as they plan on taking a 10% cut of any secondary market sales lmao
@BBCBristol We recently had an unplanned 'trial' of a 4-week collection with the recent bank holiday (it fell on our fortnightly black bin collection)
This was the outcome of 16 flats (who don't get a food waste bin for unknown reasons!) - completely unviable idea
@ForFibre @Helen_Y_Brunton @matchico@alembord@GrahamKon@AldiUK Ah, the confusion here is that American pint is only 16oz, which is about a pound. A British pint is 20oz and so the rhyme should be "a pint of water is a pound and a quarter"
But I'm sure there not going to be any confusion over the whole thing, not at all!
@dan1lamb@FirstBSA Incredibly unreliable.
The best thing to do is tap on the service and try to see if the bus actually appears on the map - if it doesn't there's a strong chance the "live" service doesn't actually exist
