@RobCross247 As far as I remember in the UK, if a house or site is derelict for a period of time a member of the public can apply to have it placed on the market
@IrishTimes@IrishTimesOpEd I always find ‘this is a tax on wealth that has already been taxed’ an odd argument. When you pay VAT, you are paying a tax with income that has already been taxed but nobody ever seems to raise this.
