From 12:18 to 12:20 the cameras covering that area go dark. When the system comes back at 12:21 — two minutes before Charlie is hit — Danny is wearing the backpack again. No tape of him unlocking the car. No tape of him putting it back on. Nate never retrieves his bag. Not at the Hall of Flags. Not at the hospital.

Candace said there is no logical reason you dump a bag, lock the car, walk away, then have that pack back on your shoulders inside four minutes unless something happened inside the blackout. The cameras did not fail at a random hour. They failed in the exact window before the shot.

It’s called malicious incompetence. I truly believe that capable elections officials make a conscious decision delegate their responsibility. They buy the lie that they are subordinate to LG’s. What we have been saying for so long is undeniable at this point.
Clearly the DOJ is now aware of the ubiquitous fraud. They simply need to see that Utah is not just bad like all the other states but that Utah, who claims credit for starting ERIC, and with their envision Utah that has been promulgated across the country, and the Leavitt influence in COVID and healthcare, and Utah's tight relationship with Ukraine, China, etc., is promulgating this stuff. Spencer Cox is as dirty as they come. He would be happy to see his LG or the Utah AG's office take the blame, but anyone who has been paying attention since October 2013 knows that Cox is on a mission. Harmeet Dhillon just said the tables have turned: under Democrats the DOJ went after red states for cleaning their voter rolls. Now she’s going after states that refuse to clean them or even share them.

Utah is a deep-red supermajority Republican state, and its Lieutenant Governor is still refusing to turn over the full, unredacted voter rolls.

In Utah the Establishment picks the “elected” officials (Governor chooses the LG running mate; they run as a ticket). Those same selected officials then control every aspect of the elections that keep them in office, including running their own election.
The Lieutenant Governor is the state’s chief election officer and, by statute, runs or oversees:

• Oversight and general supervisory authority over ALL elections in Utah
• Direct authority over federal, state, and multicounty races plus statewide/multicounty ballot propositions and any recounts
• The statewide voter registration system and database (develops, manages, maintains, and updates it)
• Voter list maintenance, deceased-voter checks, duplicate checks, NCOA processing, and annual voter-registration audits
• Uniformity of ballots and the master ballot-position list that determines candidate order
• Certification of nominees and winners to the Governor
• Election returns, statistics, and public election information
• Voting-equipment standards and compliance
• Military/overseas (UOCAVA) voting systems, materials, and procedures
• The statewide electronic voter-information website
• Initiative and referendum processes, ballot titles, and proposition numbering
• Training and enforcement against county clerks and local election officers (including written orders that carry the force of law)
• Full access to ballots, voter records, facilities, and staff
• Emergency changes to voting methods, times, locations, absentee procedures, counting, and canvassing
• Post-election audits (the LG selects the ballots)
• Every other duty assigned in Title 20A of the Utah Election Code
Duties over the signatures that put a candidate on the primary ballot:
• Approves the official nomination-petition forms candidates must use
• Receives and posts each candidate’s notice of intent to gather signatures
• Calculates and publishes the exact number of valid signatures required for every office
• Serves as the filing officer who receives petition packets for federal, statewide, and multicounty races
• Makes the rules for how signatures are verified, including statistical sampling
• Oversees verification that each signer is a registered voter qualified to sign for that party and office
• Certifies (or rejects) whether a candidate has met the signature threshold
• Continues verification to 110% of the required total, then audits a sample of those signatures
• Posts daily signature totals and lets voters look up every candidate petition they signed
• Approves devices used for electronic signature gathering
• Maintains the required online training course for petition circulators
• Controls who may see the complete, unredacted signature packets
• Issues the certification that places a candidate’s name on the primary ballot

The people who get selected by the Establishment then write the rules, maintain the rolls, decide whose signatures count, certify the results, and run the machinery that elects them. That’s the system Utah’s “red” supermajority is defending by withholding the rolls.

Yesterday’s arrest of a postal worker for tossing 300 ballots is being sold as the scandal. It is not the scandal. It is the convenient story.

A low-level carrier is easy to charge, easy to photograph, and easy to forget. The people who actually run Utah’s elections stay off camera.

They write the rules, certify the lists, decide which ballots count, reject late postmarks after routing mail through Las Vegas, fight public access to the data needed to verify results, and then tell the public to “move on.”

That is why this story is so useful to them. One garbage bag of ballots becomes the entire conversation. The larger machinery disappears: the vote-by-mail system they built, the verification they obstruct, the records they withhold, and the official line that any demand for proof is an attack on “honorable clerks.”

If the system were as airtight as they claim, they would welcome scrutiny. They do not. They welcome a scapegoat. A postal worker in handcuffs lets the people who control every stage of the process look shocked, concerned, and clean.

Do not confuse a charged carrier with accountability. Accountability would mean opening the full process to public verification. That is the thing they have spent years refusing.

Pride is a very misunderstood sin, and many are sinning in ignorance.

In the scriptures there is no such thing as righteous pride— it is always considered a sin.

Therefore, no matter how the world uses the term, we must understand how GOD uses the term so we can understand the language of holy writ and profit thereby.

Most of us think of pride as self-centeredness, conceit, boastfulness, arrogance, or haughtiness. All of these are elements of the sin, but the HEART, or core, is still missing.

The central feature of pride is enmity—enmity toward God and enmity toward our fellowmen. Enmity means “hatred toward, hostility to, or a state of opposition.” It is the power by which Satan wishes to reign over us.

Pride is essentially competitive in nature. WE PIT OUR WILL AGAINST GOD’S.

When we direct our pride toward God, it is in the spirit of “my will and not thine be done.”

As Paul said, they “seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s.”

Our will in competition to God’s will allows desires, appetites, and passions to go unbridled.

The proud cannot accept the authority of God giving direction to their lives. They pit their PERCEPTIONS of truth against God’s great knowledge,

their abilities versus God’s priesthood power,

their accomplishments against His mighty works.

Our enmity toward God takes on many labels, such as rebellion, hard-heartedness, stiff-neckedness, unrepentant, puffed up, easily offended, and sign seekers.

The proud wish God would agree with them.

They aren’t interested in changing their opinions to agree with God’s.”
