I've always maintained that most guys don’t need more clothes, they just need a better system.
So I put together a simple framework to evaluate, edit, and curate your wardrobe, making the process of getting dressed enjoyable.

A bunch of dumb people fooled an even larger bunch of even dumber people into believing BEEF TALLOW was some kind of health elixir
One of the biggest crocks of shit in the nutrition space in recent memory
Never forget
Selvedge denim jeans with your boots🤌
Showing off that cuff. Beautiful aesthetic.
Btw - Gustin just put their iconic 1968 Selvedge denim on sale for $99 bucks (affiliate): https://t.co/fnyVjMxS8D
Steal of a deal for American made (using American denim fabric!) jeans. And they are also offering a 30 day return/exchange as well.
These are a pre-order though, but even still it's a great deal. Buy these and then wear the hell out of them for the next 5-10 years.
Should you cuff your denim jeans when wearing them with boots?
You certainly don't have to, but I prefer this, especially with selvedge denim. Couple of reasons:
1) Cuffing allows you to highlight your "selvedge ID". Selvedge denim is of higher quality and the distinctive self-finished edge you see over the seam is the trademark.
2) Cuffing allows you to highlight your boots, especially a pair of Chelseas. Cuffing also gives you a better of contrast and adds some visual weight to the end of your leg which creates a nice balance with the boots.

Excessive ambition can be it's own form of poverty. Things are never quite good enough for you to settle down and just be. You gotta keep pushing just so you can feel worthy enough to take up space in the world.

Yes, I lay out my running kit like I lay out my outfits the night before.
My mornings are seamless - I'm not even thinking about anything. Like a robot I just move through each step and get out the door to start my day.
Yes, I really do lay out the next day’s outfit the night before.
Green chinos
Grey denim shirt
Cognac suede chukkas
Navy shawl cardigan
And yeah - I match the socks to the color of my trousers.
The best running advice is really just disguised as the best life advice👇
Slow the F down. Why the hell are you rushing all the time? Where are you going to go?

Madewell leaning into that workwear vibe with their outerwear this season. 👌
They've got some legit pieces.
My two favorites being their Carpenter Work Jacket in grey (affiliate): https://t.co/IUXVoezocs
And their Cord-Collar Zip Jacket in chocolate (affiliate): https://t.co/7ZLwCZgFW7
The work wear aesthetic (Austin Butler and Ryan Gosling own this look btw).
How to create it?
Think chore coats, denim truckers, utility jackets (Carharrt), denim jeans, heavyweight chinos, fatigue style chinos, moc toe wedge boots, flannels, waffle knits, henleys, seedstitch sweaters etc.
FYI - Madewell has a fantastic 100% Cotton Flannel Shacket on sale for $99 over at Nordstrom Rack (affiliate): https://t.co/WqRWPppVLp
Layer it over a plain white Supima cotton tee and a good pair of jeans and boots.👌
If you ever wanted an excellent example of how a pair of straight leg jeans should fit with boots check out Christian Mccaffrey (running back for the San Francisco 49ers)👇

I'm Bullish on Barbour Jackets. Incredibly versatile and easy to wear.
Barbour Jackets + Dark Denim Jeans + Boots
A fit like this goes so hard in the fall/winter season. You literally cannot go wrong with this combination.
Heads up - Gustin just put their 1968 Made in the USA selvedge denim jeans on sale for $99 (affiliate): https://t.co/APRLdeX3p3
It is a pre-order but that's a steal of a deal for high quality American denim. Lots of fit options available with a 30 return/exchange policy.
Easily the best deal on quality selvedge denim right now.
See the little stripe of fabric on the cuff of these jeans below?
This is the hallmark of a self-finished edge on a pair of selvedge denim jeans.
You ought to have a pair. This is how denim is supposed to be made.
Brush your teeth after dinner and then go for a walk.
Less likely to snack.
Couple this with not even having snacky foods in the house and it’s no trouble at all.

Literally the two best things you can do to prevent the cold and flu this season:
1) Go to bed. Those who get less than 7 hours of sleep (and have poor sleep efficiency) are 3-5.5x more likely to get sick when exposed to a common cold virus
2) Exercise. Aerobic training 5+ days/week reduced upper respiratory infections by ~40% vs those training once or less.
Saline: a cheap and easy treatment for the common cold.
In this trial, hypertonic saline nasal rinsing + gargling:
1) shortened illness by 1.9 days
2) reduced OTC medication use by 36%, and was
3) linked to 35% fewer reported household infections

Again, court style sneakers are GOATED in menswear and the best option when you need something casual, durable, and stylish to wear.

I keep telling you guys court sneakers are legit.
This is what you wear on the weekends for your low key, casual fits.
Your gym trainers belong in the gym. Your runners are for running.
Court style sneakers are what you want for the right balance of style, comfort, and utility.
James Marsden here with some Nike Killshots 2s, a plain ball cap + plain tee.
What makeup is for women is what tailored clothing is for men.
It has downright magical effects on your proportions and silhouette.
Hilarious how many men don't understand this and dress like slobs.
Thoughts on sweatpants:
These are fine for at home or in the gym. Nothing something I'd deliberately wear as "casual" clothing.
I also recommend a CLEAN fit even with these. Nothing overly baggy or sloppy. We've sort of moved past the jogger era (tapered leg opening) - but I still think those can have a place when done well and cut appropriately.
Also, stick with 100% French terry cotton or fleece. Cotton jersey can be fine too if you live in a warmer climate.
Side adjusted trousers (with pleats!) are ELITE.
Most men are still not wearing slacks like this. Easy way to separate yourself from the pack.
Option below are Cotton Blend Pinstripe Pants from Brooks Brothers (affiliate): https://t.co/ALVXC0N9eG
A style move you need to be making:
Side adjusted trousers (instead of traditional belt loops).
This is an elite move. Vast majority of men have no clue about these.
Agreed. All the extra work/academics is probably a waste.
Finland = an academic powerhouse. This is how they educate children👇
Give kids more time to play - Preethi is on the money, we think play as being a waste of time and useless but it's how kids are learning and developing. Especially socially.
There seems to be 2 opposing camps on kindergarten. Let them play and they'll catch up, or 6 hours of academics a day.
Neither is right. But if I had to pick, I'd pick play.
A meta-analysis of full day vs half day kindergarten found the kids with more hours scores a quarter of a standard deviation higher by the end of the year. By 3rd grade, the edge was gone.
What I'd do is about 30 minutes a day. It teaches a child to focus for a short stretch and gets them ready for the years ahead. The rest of the day is play, because kids mostly want to play, and I believe they learn best that way. For a child, play is work.
That's why 30 minutes isn't as small as it sounds. We can't measure everything they learn through play.
