1/ When it rains, it pours. Honored, excited, counting-my-lucky-stars that our second trial evaluating a behavioral depression treatment is now NIMH-funded! I am incredibly thankful to the village of people that helped (pilot trial, bouncing ideas, mentoring, encouraging, etc)!
Incredibly excited to share that our grant to examine integrating exercise into CBT is funded! Definitely a long journey, but now we actually get to do it! Many thanks to all of the mentors and teammates who helped get this project to this point. #NoA#onward @WellEx_ISU
