@DavidLloydUK can you advise what your stance is on customer service, as I had always assumed it would be of the utmost importance to you, but after making a serious complaint & being ignored for weeks, I'm not sure?
@DavidLloydUK I've tried to contact your customer support email, & emailed, called and spoke in person to the managers at your Cheshire Oaks club. The complaint is regarding a suspected theft by one of your employees. Have had no response since 14th May!!!
