Endometriosis can affect more than just the female pelvic organs. OBGYNs are usually the only ones worried about it but it should be on everyone’s differential when appropriate— colorectal, GI, urology, gen surg, pulm, etc.

Ok I actually feel very strongly about why people need to understand why we don’t do a lot of menopause care. Our residencies need our labor on OB services for financial reasons. Menopause is office/primary care. Office based menopause care does not reimburse well.
