Apologies should be made directly to the marshal concerned and used his name as a mark of respect to show that they are appauled about this behaviour!

@RubCanales Such sweet words butter will not melt in this mouth.......why did they appeal the sentence and 2ndly if they thought it was as bad as they saying now they would at least know the marshals name and mentioned him by name apologised yesterday before appealing the sentence!

@FranckyHawk29 I have to ask why he didn't switch the bike off before walking away from it.... isn't it a requirement by factory (rider)? Now I guess he's angry because he didn't do what he should have done then takes it out on the innocent marshal!
