A 13 year old black child, who was pushed into a river and drowned by his peers. Within 24 hours of his death, CPS ruled it non suspicious and closed the case despite sufficient evidence to prosecute.

Although there's sufficient evidence to prosecute those who pushed him into a river, killing him, the CPS chose not to because it's not in 'the public interest'. 😠
