Day 2 - Redesign for Wellpin
I Dropped the Symbol
The abstract bowtie icon felt vague and unrelated to scheduling or productivity. It didn’t say anything about the brand’s purpose, so I removed it to make room for something more intentional.
Redesigned the “W”
I transformed the “W” into a bold, forward-leaning mark that reflects momentum, mirroring Wellpin’s goal of helping users move faster and schedule smarter.
Leaned Into Typography
The new wordmark is custom and italicised, adding a sense of motion and energy. It gives the brand a sharper, more efficient voice, just like the product.
Simplified the Visual Hierarchy
The strong “W” now acts as both letter and icon, removing visual clutter while staying functional across links, apps, and platforms.
Aligned with the Mission
Every detail in the redesign supports Wellpin’s core promise: reducing scheduling friction. From the pointed base of the “W” (a nod to a pin) to its fast, clean form, the brand now speaks clearly, before you even click the link.
