It is with great sadness that I share with you the passing of our wonderful Bernie Bentley. Bernie was very well known and respected within the Southend voluntary community. Bernie will be remembered as a beautiful soul and inspiration to all of us around her. X

I was invited to talk about all things #mentalhealth to a group of lovely ladies at Project 49 today. This is a community based resource run by #Southend Care, providing innovative services and activities for adults with learning disabilities in the Southend-on-Sea area.
