Well here I am again at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh for my final year of the Somatic Experiencing Training! I'm so looking forward to this week and reconnecting with some really special people!!!
Our bodies like to move! Gentle movement thoughout the day or regularly through the week gives our bodies vitality. You could try:
- Getting up from your desk at regular intervals
- Dancing (any kind will do!)
- Qigong
- Tai Chi
- Light swimming
- Walking
