1. Baekhyun, Cha Ga-won with her husband, along with other celebrities attended the “Mint Love Forever” animal shelter charity event. Antis twisted photos to claim it was a private meeting. Spoiler: it wasn’t.

2. He leased a penthouse from the Cha couple — same building as the Lee Seung-gi couple, same setup. It’s a standard Jeonse lease: big refundable deposit, no monthly rent.

3. Antis spreading lies saying Cha Ga-won “lives with Baekhyun” because she owns a floor. The registered landlord is Chairwoman Cha, but the arrangement is tied to P.arc Construction.

Reality check: Baekhyun = penthouse, Lee couple = 2nd floor, Cha couple = landlord of all floors. Ownership ≠ Residence, property registration does not indicate cohabitation.

4. Baekhyun also owns a fully paid Walkerhill River Villa, transferred in Oct 2023, still under construction, staying unoccupied until his lease ends on April 2027.

5. Financial tea: he paid 16B₩ deposit for his penthouse, and the bank provided 10.8B₩ bank loan for his company, Baekhyun pays it all. Cha couple = guarantors. No sponsorships. The media praises his smart financial moves — something antis clearly can’t comprehend.
