I told one of my deacons that it doesn’t matter if we hire the greatest pastors, or choir director money can get... unless the church has a desire to see people come to Jesus, there will be no growth.
Imagine hassle of a single parent loading kids and laundry in a car driving to laundromat and trying to keep kids happy while doing laundry. Compared to free Child care and a free friendly place to do laundry w/ch members helping fold their laundry & providing homemade treats
My experience reveals that young leaders are increasingly exhibiting respect & listening to older leaders. While less often older leaders are eager to provide real and meaningful leadership to the next generations. In my line of work I deal with a lot of intragenerational issues
