@BlueDartCares My passport with visa stamped was dispatched via Critical Express priority service from Bangalore on 20th Dec, but it's still stuck with Blue Dart with no reason provided. Travel is tomorrow — very disappointing and unacceptable service.
@IndiGo6E This is a lie, I contacted via email for 2 cancelled tickets PNR W96Q2Q & N53GTP on 5th Dec but they closed the case without even issuing vouchers.
@IndiGo6E Refund is not always the best solution! Even if you guys did refund, allow those passengers to reschedule or booked again with the same price/fare they paid initially.
