I haven't achieved many things in life, but I did marry the person I love. So I've done a lot more than many ever do.
I thought about my last post being a sh*tpost, which would be on brand.
But I just want to say a lot of you are great. Some of you I love.
Jess here posting from Chris's account and I will be from time to time to hopefully minimise the possibility of twitter removing this account for inactivity
Listened back to this randomly.
Be closing in on 2 years since I wrote this, pre-pandemic as well which is mad.
For those unaware, I made this album in under 24 hours (mainly writing and mixing, mastering came in the days after) and it hits different now due to recent events.
Been telling my mum to get her ears checked for years and now of course now that my voice is gone can't understand a single thing i say.
Not that everyone else has a great time understanding but if they come really close they can.
@datnofact For the longest time I thought they were better even though they were probably out of date by the time I started playing games.
Cause while these would slightly work on any surface, laser ones wouldn't work at all on some.
Its kinda hard to drink water atm cause of weakened muscles in my throat and stuff
Sometimes it can cause a really bad coughing fit cause I just can't expell gas well
But oh boy when I get a good long gulp if ice cold Welsh water
Oh jeez
At least my illness was very non-gross. Just standard throwing up a lot
Grossest thing was a chest drain in the first month and the many times I took a needle to the spine. Which wasn't really gross just very uncomfortable
Deep and primal urge to jump into a cold swimming pool
Last proper swimming pool i went to, while rad as hell
Was lukewarm
In the memphis heat
Heck all you people that can't take it i want to be unable to breath when I first jump in
So it wasnt like I was scared hed get mad
maybe I mentioned something one time and he said nan doesn't have to be in the car but I knew that's bs and he probably did but convinced himself it's true
We found out later he continued to use it after she died (not with me in the car)
One of my biggest regrets in life was not asking what the hell he's doing as he used my nan's disability badge to park close the door in tesco, when it was just me and him in the car.
He did it a few times
I was like 16, he was not an authority figure in the slightest
