tackling cardiovascular disease (CVD):
Getting to the heart of the matter.
The burden of CVD is significant and growing. With a National Modern Service
Framework for CVD currently under development, we are calling for policy
change on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care.

Election Update!
Nominations for the upcoming election have now closed. Both the Chair Elect and Deputy Chair positions have been elected unopposed and we are delighted to welcome Carol Whelan as Chair Elect and Patricia Campbell as Deputy Chair.
Carol and Patricia will formally take up their roles at the Annual Meeting in November 2025, and we look forward to their leadership in helping shape the Society’s future direction.
