"Let's eat, Grandma", said Little Red whist gently opening her picnic basket on Grandma's bed.
"Let's eat Grandma", said the Big Bad Wolf at his weekly anger management meeting with the other wolves.
:-)
@coopuk when I order a multi-buy deal with Tesco or Asda, if not in stock they'll either honour the deal or I can cancel the deal.
With the coop you just state your T&C and refuse to honour the deal.
Dreadful customer service. I'd naively assumed coop would be ranked higher.

βWe will introduce a cap on deposits so landlords canβt charge 6-12 months deposit.β.
Ummm, they can't anyway - the maximum is 5 weeks!
@thetrainline@RailOmbudsman can you help with this farcical situation.
Out of pocket due to last minute train cancellation as I had seek alternative travel. Now I'm expected to be further out of pocket as the only way to get a refund is to send the tickets back at a further cost of Β£7.35!
@thetrainline Let me get this right.
I purchased tickets with no option for electronic (collect only).
All trains were cancelled so I clearly didn't get a train - and I'm now expected to pay recorded delivery to send the tickets back to you for a refund?
@thetrainline Postage has to be special delivery (to ensure adequate compensation) and will be Β£7.35.
Yet - the ticket can clearly have not been used - is one way and advance - so has no value as it cannot still be used!
