@sainsburys having worked for the company in the past, I'm aware of the move towards self scans and the smart shop app/devices to reduce labour costs. Thus, there isn't much I can do to avoid said gates, as staffed tills are now uncommon outwith peak hours. 2/2

@sainsburys Recently encountered the new security gates to exit the self scan area at Braehead (2231). I detest them, as they make me feel l've viewed with suspicion for using a self scan and they go against the reason why choose a self scan - speed of exit. 1/2

@innocent Unless you're in Glasgow. Where union jack bunting will instigate issues due to football club affiliation. Rangers FC = Union Jack; Celtic = Irish Republic flag. You do not display union jacks in a celtic supporting neighbourhood.

@HMRCcustomers I accessed a web chat with a HMRC advisor regarding my income tax code, but can no longer find the link for webchat. I have an online tax account already set up. Has the service been withdrawn? I wanted to ask about progress of my complex query.
