When we cant meet our needs with what we possess, some of us look for escape, rather than try to change whats keeping us from what we crave.

Over 5 years ago, my gf sent me a glitter-filled parcel. In that time we've broken up and I've moved homes.

I'm still finding glitter!

Is it just a part of me now?

Can't afford to buy more food until probably the end of November so I'm rationing what I have. Today is a non-food day so my dinner is a mug of gravy. I'm gonna be skinny in no time! 😂 #CostOfLiving

Who do you talk to when you have no-one to talk to? I can’t do this anymore #MensMentalHealth

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

Its my birthday tomorrow and i know it doesnt work like this but can my mental health bullshittery PLEASE just let me enjoy one day?! Please!

IF we dont get a midfielder in then it might be time to try Trent there and see what the new RB can do or Gomez. At least until we go all-out for Bellingham next summer

[Anfield Edition | æ @AnfieldEdition]

There’s 26 days left of the transfer window.

Liverpool simply have to sign a midfielder. It could make or break the campaign.

Last 3 games of Liverpools that i have watched:
v Inter (lost 1-0)
v Real Madrid (lost 1-0)
v Fulham (currently losing 1-0)

Maybe i should stop watching 🤔😂

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

Fucking hell Liverpool, we gonna start playing soon or what?! Fulham have been all over us!

Always a bit nervous when a player comes in for a big price tag, happy to see him get a goal in his 1st competitive game! Hopefully many more to follow! 🔴🔴

[Darwin Núñez @Darwinn99]

First official goal at @LFC 🫶🏼

As someone who has been suicidal the last year its amazing to hear someone with a platform speaking out about this! BUT actions over words, more needs to be done regarding mental health. Speak up. Save lives. ❤️

[SPORTbible @sportbible]

If you listen to anything today, listen to what Paddy Pimblett has to say.

A class message.

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

It was so nice seeing my brother today, 1st person i have seen and had a proper conversation with in months. My throat is sore from talking too much 😂 i guess i just wanted someone to talk to ❤️

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

One day one of these mental breakdowns is gonna take me down with it. I need help, i want to get help. I just dont know where/how to get it 😔

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

Fighting your own mental health demons everyday alone is scary, exhausting and lonely. Its fucking horrible and terrifying!

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

If reincarnation was confirmed as even being partly possible im sure the suicide rate would increase by alot. Sometimes suicidal people dont want to die, alot of the time they just want to escape their own lives and they see that as the only possible way! 💔💔

[Scott Francis @WelshWookie88]

all i need now is the the friends to play Clubs with and i can enjoy playing Fifa again 😂

[Benched Nation @Benchednation]

Rumour: FIFA 22 Pro Clubs will allow players to watch their team’s matches when they’re not playing

BT Sport are very vocal about the Big 6 clubs getting punished for the ESL stuff but arent mentioning the Champions League changes which is turning it into something similar to what the ESL would have been. Im sure its got nothing to do with the fact that they have the CL deal
