BTC long-term holders stayed in profit throughout this entire cycle

every previous bottom their LTH-MVRV dipped below 1 and diamond hands were under water. this time it bottomed above 1 and is already curling back up

as per Glassnode, no bear market since 2015 showed the same picture, here's more data:

• 30d apparent demand recovered in just a week from -182k BTC to just -101k BTC
• September spot vols: Binance $50B+ ($42B in July), Bybit $19B ($14B), Kraken $8B ($4B)
• meanwhile, cbase premium is still negative

OG holders never got shaken out, but the US still isn't buying

until that premium flips green this is a recovery without a huge part of retail behind it

Ghost Chain Season: 514 of 558 blockchains can't even make $1k a day

based on DefiLlama data:

- 514 of them pulled in less than $1,000
- 443 did under $10
- 399 earned nothing

only 7 chains flipped $100k in fees:

- Solana $1.09M
- Tron $922.9k
- Bnb $793.9k
- Ethereum $435k
- Bitcoin $325.6k
- Base $114.8k
- Robinhood 100.9k

remember how Robinhood chain did a record $3.75M in fees on september 1? Month later it's barely holding $100k, which equals a ~97% drop

30d total still is $23.3M but the last 7 days combined are only ~$600k, meaning almost all of that came from that september peak

and even after a 97% dip it's still doing 6x arbitrum ($16.5k), the stack it's literally built on

sure TVL can be farmed and transactions can be botted. But fees are the one number you can't simply airdrop your way into

hundreds of chains but almost nobody's actually using them
