A few things: Do you measure how loud it is in the forum? How many decibels is it and why is it the exact level that causes hearing loss?

What's the magic number of times you have to call @MLGW to fix a water leak at the meter (i.e. the utility's responsibility, not the property owner's)?

Hint: The magic # isn't 1, 2, 3 or 4, because I've made 4 calls over 2 months and the leak is only getting worse.

@katjl_ @ShelbyVote No one could say why the system was pulling up an address from 2006. But they changed my address and I was able to vote.

When I went to vote today, the Shelby County Election Commission @ShelbyVote database had me at an address I haven’t lived at in 18 years.

I voted w/o issue in August (and for the last 18 years), so what’s going on?

Why is such old info even electronically accessible?

We got it done, but the journalist in me wants to know what’s going on with @ShelbyVote’s system.

The stakes are too high to not have confidence in the process.

It was important for me to vote today, because I had my niece with me. Her mom - my sister- died Oct. 14 before getting to cast her absentee ballot.
