@AmazonHelp I sincerely hope Amazon reviews the call recordings, as this experience demonstrates a serious training issue.
I need a proper resolution immediately. These packages need to be retrieved by Amazon or handled in a responsible manner. Please advise on the next steps
@AmazonHelp I am the manager of an apartment complex. Despite clear signage on our office door stating that we do not accept packages, an Amazon delivery driver left multiple packages on our stoop after hours.
@AmazonHelp •The second call, I was told a supervisor would return my call within 10–30 minutes. That never happened.
•The third call, I was told that because I wouldn’t provide my personal Amazon account, they could not assist me. The representative, "Joy," then hung up on me.
@AmazonHelp •The fourth call, I was given the unacceptable suggestion to THROW AWAY the packages.
This is disturbing, irresponsible, and reflects incredibly poor customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service my entire life, I find this lack of accountability appalling.
@AmazonHelp Fortunately, our maintenance person noticed it and brought it inside to prevent potential theft.
I have made multiple calls to Amazon today in an effort to resolve this issue:
•The first call was disconnected.
