Teachers are worried about AI enabling cheating, but that's missing the bigger issue. AI is already replacing jobs that rely on following directions. Shouldn't we be teaching students how to solve problems AI can't?

• Just-in-case
• Just-in-time

Education in should train young people to have constructive conversations and respectfully disagree.
"It is the mark of an educated mind to entertain a thought without accepting it." - Aristotle

The Benjamin Franklin approach to disagreement:
1. Listen first
2. Show respect
3. Find common ground
4. Applaud praiseworthy aspects
5. Use diplomatic language ("It appears to me" instead of "Obviously")
Result? Room for conversation and learning, not heated arguments.
These institutions will continue to fight change, regardless of any heroic efforts by individuals within them.
We're taking a different approach @WEquilSchool that leverages AI in the learning process, assessments, and credentialing.
