Ok as I promised yesterday here is my deep dive on this most important Coptic Magick manuscript from Egypt 600 CE.
Before we get to this evidence we need to set it up.
There is a concept called Syncretism or theocrasia wherein ancient history, gods were combined and updated constantly, across time, distance and cultures.
For example, 300 BCE, Alexander the Great conquers Egypt.
Egypt had been under foreign conquered rule for hundreds of years, the native Egyptians were happy to have Alexander who respected not only allowed them to keep their religion but had himself crowned Pharaoh.
When Alexander dies, his general Ptolemy steals Alexander’s body and uses it to assume the authority and command of Egypt as Alexander’s successor, a second GREEK Pharaoh of Egypt. This begins the Ptolemaic Dynasty in Egypt, the last dynasty and begins Graeco Egyptian syncretism.
In order to bring the masses together, Al the disparate cultures, they created a new Graeco-Egyptian god for the new combined culture, this was Serapis. Serapis is a bearded white man with a serpent wrapped around him (a continuation of the Greek Ophiucus, the serpent bearer, Zeus, Osiris, Apis, hades/Pluto, Dionysus, Asclepius, a Pantheos or pantheon combination of Greek and Egyptian previous gods.
Meet the new boss, the same as the old boss.
This is already recognized by academia.
Fast forward three hundred years.
The last Greek Pharaoh is a Queen instead, this was Cleopatra.
Cleopatra and Marc Antony lose to Octavian at the battle of Actium and Graeco Egyptian adds Graeco Egyptian Roman to the cultural stew.
Thirty years after the unification of Graeco Egyptian Roman culture, Jesus is suddenly born.
Jesus takes the bearded white man of Ophiucus and Zeus and adds a rising culture, Judaism. Yes Jesus was Jewish.
The Jewish people worship the Nehushtan, which is a serpent on a pole (sometime portrayed as a T or a cross).
Serapis, already associated with the serpent, replaces the serpent in the cross and voila, Jesus is invented.
A new God for the new combo culture of Greece, Egypt, Rome, and Judaism.
Jesus was just the latest, necessary syncretic deity to unite the new combo culture and act as a unifier and as a control system in the masses.
Fast forward to 325 CE, the emperor Constantine takes out all the Gnostic Magick books of the Bible to keep them secret and exclusive and makes practice Christianity as the ancient magick-based religion it was and heresy and bans this approach.
Fast forward another 100 years. 400 CE. Because of the Constantine edict that all non-canonical official approved Roman worship of Jesus is now heresy, Gnosticism is (supposedly according to academics) is eradicated.
Fast forward another 200 years to the Coptic Christians in Egypt 600 CE.
That brings us finally to this contemporaneous and extant condense from the Coptic Christian in 600CE.
What makes it so important?
It’s magick. Gnostic Magick.
600 years after Jesus, 300 years after Constantine bans Christianity as Magick, and two hundred years after Gnosticism, according to academics, ceased to exist supposedly,
How do we know this is Magick?
It translates as a literal spell including Jesus.
The manuscript continues with practical directions involving:
Troglodytic myrrh.
Drawing two figures, one for a bowl and another for the practitioner's neck.
Placing three bricks beneath a handleless bowl.
Ritual purity.
Surrounding oneself with royal salt.
These details establish that the text is an operative ritual, not merely an illustrated theological narrative.
Magick.
The crucified figure is identified as Jesus Christ in Coptic. With “My God, My God, why hasten thou forsaken me?” All in Coptic.
But!
Here is the kicker!
The figure himself is translated as saying
““I am Israel El, the power of Iaô Sabaôth.”
Boom.
The smoking gun.
IAO is the Tetragrammaton or secret Semitic name for god.
Sabaoth means a host of armies, or Legion, exactly as Satan is called in the Bible

The most common torture inflicted by the Muslims during the Ottoman period was whipping. The usual victims were the Christians. It was the introductory torment in every other torture, so common in the persecutions of Christians that the phrase became proverbial: "I will whip you until you change your faith."

The victim was tied with exposed back, their clothes torn, and the whipping began. The executioners were usually Turkish soldiers with robust physiques, so that the blows were both critical and powerful. The number of blows was either predetermined by the court or (most of the time) left to the discretion of the executioners. Muslim judges (qadis) observed the torture. If the victim showed that they could not endure the completion of the number of blows and their life was in immediate danger, then the judge placed the Quran under the executioner's armpit. Unable to raise his arm high (since the holy text must not fall to the ground), he delivered the remaining blows with less intensity. After the whipping, the victim was often left helpless without care, or thrown into prison. In most cases, permanent disabilities remained on the body.

Also, one of the harshest tortures of the Ottoman Muslims was impalement. Crowds surrounded the victim and mocked them, suggesting they convert to Islam and insulting their faith, family, and nationality.

The stakes were set up in a specific area, usually in the village or town square. The victim was dragged there in public humiliation, as usual. After being severely whipped, their clothes were torn, their hands were tied tightly behind their back, and they were "seated" on the stake. Then weights were hung on their legs so that they would slide down and be skewered on the stake. In many cases, the sadism did not end with skewering the victim. The spit (with the victim on it) was placed horizontally over a fire or burning coals, and the victim was roasted alive like a lamb. The fearsome and terrible Muslim Albanian Ali Pasha of Ioannina was famous for slowly roasting his victims, thinning the coals under them to prolong the agony and the entertainment of himself and his entourage. In many cases, he forced relatives to torture and kill their own kin to avoid impalement and roasting themselves.

Claude Code found every photo i "permanently deleted" from my iPhone.
almost 4 years of photos and videos sitting in a hidden cache on my
device. any app with file access can read them.

plugged my iPhone into my MacBook for a backup. had Claude Code running
a security scan from my last post. it flagged something i never asked
it to check. a directory called PhotoData/Thumbnails with over 152,000
files. photos, videos, screenshots. all stuff i deleted.

2022. 2023. 2024. 2025. photos i deleted within a second of taking them.
photos i went into Recently Deleted and cleared manually. photos i
deleted twice because i didn't trust the first time. all still there.

what was sitting in that cache:

a passport photo for a visa application in 2023
bank app screenshots with full account numbers visible
private photos i sent someone and deleted the same night after a breakup
a crypto seed phrase screenshot i took "for a minute" in 2022
my ID and credit card side by side, deleted 10 seconds later
my ex's private instagram stories i saved and "permanently deleted"
in 2024

152,417 files. some at full resolution. all organized by date going
back to 2021.

when you delete a photo on iPhone, iOS removes it from your camera roll
and your Recently Deleted folder. but it keeps a compressed copy in a
Spotlight search index cache. that's how your phone finds photos when
you type a word in search. Apple never clears it. not after 30 days.
not after a year. they told you it was permanently deleted. it wasn't.

checked which apps on my phone had Files and Folders access. 19 apps.
weather apps. QR scanners. PDF readers. a flashlight app from 2021.
any of them could've been reading every photo i ever "deleted" this
whole time.

In Constantinople, the French academic doctor Pitton de Tournefort (18th century), witnessed the impalement of the Christian Greeks from the Muslims: "They lay the victim face down, after tying his hands behind his back, place a donkey saddle on his back, and two of the executioner's assistants sit on it to completely immobilize him. Pouqueville also recounts the tragic end of the Greek Thymios Vlachavas from Thessaly, following the uprising of 1808. He saw him in Ioannina, bound to a pole in Ali Pasha's courtyard: "calmer than the tyrant who was enjoying his torment, he looked at me with a serene gaze, as if wanting to make me a witness to the triumph of his supreme hour. He endured the executioner's blows without groaning or complaining. And the limbs dragged through the streets of Ioannina showed the terrified Greeks the remains of the last captain of Thessaly."

Kandyloros reports that the Muslim Kehaya-Bey "disembarked in Kalamata in 1805 carrying twenty thousand stakes for the impalement of the Greeks. He advanced inland, captured and impaled about six hundred of them."

Another form of torture was "the hooks." They consist of a scaffold erected at the entrance of cities. The executioner hoists the condemned man high on a pole using a pulley. Below the pole are fixed hooks. Then he suddenly releases the rope, and the condemned man falls with all his weight onto the hooks, impaling himself sometimes in the chest, sometimes in the armpits, or elsewhere on the body. And they leave him there to die. Often death comes after three days.

All these were inflicted on the Greeks who refused to embrace Islam and Muhammadanism.
