I am at a wedding in Sweden as we speak. The groom is a huge Penguins fan that I met here last year. He literally made sure there were precisely 87 people at the wedding.
Just as importantly, there’s a damn cookie table here. Nicest people ever. Long live the Swedes.
Bryan Rust: "I think we’re just taking this thing one day at a time. We won (Game 4), which gave us a little bit of confidence about some things that we can continue to do to have more success. We’ve got to win just one more, and just go from there."
The Penguins have not solved the 1-1-3. They don’t seem particularly interested in engaging in the requesite behaviors to beat the 1-1-3. And their second pairing is a nuclear bomb they are dropping on their own heads. More problems than I have space to type.
Ben Kindel, on making his NHL postseason debut: “It’s hard to believe. Obviously, not expecting to make it to the NHL in my first year. But to make the playoffs on top of that, I’m just so grateful for that. I’m really excited to keep moving forward and see what else we can do.”
Rickard Rakell, on getting ready to open the postseason: "It means everything to me. I'm just gonna follow (the Big 3)'s lead. I'm just excited about being in a playoff spot and having a chance to compete for the Stanley Cup."
"There couldn't have been a better place to come than Pittsburgh..
From the day I showed up at the airport it has been more than I could have ever imagined..
Twenty years later here we are getting ready for another playoff run" ~ Sidney Crosby #PMSLive
We can argue lines, matchups, whatever all day.
Just don’t forget to look up and realize we get to watch Sidney Crosby in the playoffs again. That won’t last forever and these will be memories for a lifetime.

Also, of course, one of the most clutch players in franchise history. A leader of great renown. Still only 33. What a career he’s had.
Our friends, the Brits, went from relinquishing their right to bear arms in 1997 to standing on the edge of the Islamist abyss today.
Our Second Amendment is not about the right to go duck hunting, folks. It’s about keeping power in the hands of The People.
