🚨BREAKING: Candace Owens has moved to dismiss Brian Harpole’s defamation lawsuit over her claims that Harpole, Erika Kirk, and the U.S. military helped plan Charlie Kirk’s assassination at Fort Huachuca.

Owens repeatedly said she wanted to be sued because discovery and subpoena power would help her expose the truth about Kirk's murder.

She said the same about Macron.

Now she’s seeking dismissal in both cases.

Elon Musk got called unintelligent by a sitting member of Congress, so he skipped the argument and let the public settle it.

AOC called him one of the most unintelligent billionaires she had ever seen. Morally vacant. Not a scientist, not an engineer, a con man with money.

Musk: “She was like saying billionaires are evil and you’re a billionaire and therefore you’re evil.”

No claim about a specific thing he built or broke. A category, and the verdict attached to it.

Musk: “I hold a poll like, okay, which one do you like more, politicians or billionaires? And billionaires won by a lot.”

A country that supposedly resents wealth just picked wealth over the people it elects. That should have ended it. Instead her own side went looking for a better number.

Musk: “Someone who was like super pro-AOC ran a direct poll of who do you like more, AOC or Elon Musk? Expecting AOC to win.”

She lost that one too. On a poll built by her supporters, worded by her supporters, run on the assumption she could not lose.

Nobody was choosing a billionaire over a congresswoman. They were choosing anyone who ships something over anyone who only describes it.

She said he is not a scientist. His company is the only one on Earth that catches a returning orbital booster out of the sky.

She said he is morally vacant. Starlink went live over war zones and hurricane wreckage on his own money.

She said he is not smart. Every major automaker builds electric now, and none of them went first.

None of that requires liking him. It only requires being able to count.

The insult was never about intelligence. It is just the safest available word when the real complaint is that a private citizen accomplished more in a decade than the government managed in fifty years.

Almost everything in your life that works was built by someone with no permission to build it. Almost everything that doesn’t was signed off by someone with every credential in the world.

Permission has never built a single thing. It only decides who is allowed to try.

A hundred years from now the boosters will still be landing. Nobody will remember a word that was said about them.
